Department Copy Orders
Department Copy Orders are the copies we make for you utilizing an existing department purchase
order. We will make the copies for you and deliver them back to your department. Copies may also
be made directly by faculty or staff utilizing our self-service copiers. For this
service the university is billed – we must have a copy of your department purchase order on file to
complete this service.
Some typical items in Department copy orders include: syllabi, handouts,
newsletters, directories, transparencies, evaluations, copy cards for in-store self service copies,
booklets etc...
